The next area of importance is your offer. Improving your guarantee, offering a greater level of service or support, or bundling in additional bonuses are all excellent ways of strengthening your offer. Here again, it doesn't take much to do this, but the results can be impressive.

The third area is a critical strategy that all businesses should be using — but sadly, few actually do. Cycle mailings simply means sending multiple messages for the same offer. And there's good reason to do this. Decades of studies have shown that cycle mailings typically generate 50% more sales than a single mailing.

Plus, it's very simple to do this. We've consistently produced excellent results with a cycle of three mailings: the initial email, a "reminder" email, and a "final reminder" email.
