Just wanted to share a great resource I just discovered. It's called www.gazelle.com and it's a place to sell your old electronics.

You enter a description of what you want to sell and they instantly tell you how much they'll pay you – and they even send you a shipping container. I just checked to see how much I could get for a camera I no longer use. I paid around $400 for it a year ago and they'll give me $230.

That may not be a ton of money, but it's fast and easy and I'd never waste the time to sell it on Craigslist and go through the hassle of packing and shipping it. But Gazelle makes it easy and pain free.

Wow, the number of emails we’ve been getting at our support desk is huge! Thanks for your support. I’ve answered the most frequent questions we’re getting here.

Please feel free to submit your questions – and comments – here too, and we’ll get to as many as we possibly can.

What is the difference between this and the JV information in MDL & MDL 2.0?

Both MDL courses focused on 6 or 7 main licensing strategies, with Joint Ventures just being one of those strategies. JVMC is dedicated only to Joint Ventures and is the most comprehensive program ever created on the topic. The five core areas of focus will be:

Using Joint Ventures as a lucrative profit center if you own a business or work for a business as an employee

Building a high-paying career as a Joint Venture Consultant

Using Joint Ventures to drive large streams of traffic to your web site

Getting prominent media coverage by using Joint Ventures

How to create Joint Venture Syndicates where 5, 10 or more businesses all sell your product or service to their customers at the same time

Do I need to have MDL 1 or MDL 2 to understand what is in JVMC?

No, this program is completely stand alone.

Will you help me with my JV deals that I find?

Possibly. We’ve worked with a number of our students on joint ventures and also connected newer students with more experienced students. It depends primarily on the size of your deal and whether we have room in our schedule with the various JV deals we’re doing for clients.

Will you help me with the copywriting for my JV deals?

Not directly. First, the method we use focuses on finding clients with proven products where the copy is already written. So you’ll rarely need any copy for your projects. Second – and this is where we will help you – is that in the few cases where you might need some copy modified, we’ll give you a number of resources where you can easily find good copywriters at inexpensive rates.

What is the cost?

Oh, so you think you’re going to get me to leak this early, eh? I can’t give you the exact cost right now as I want to save that for later. But as I’ve already mentioned this is the least expensive program I’ve ever offered. In fact, because the economy still stinks and so many people are having a tough time, while this is a significantly larger program than what I’ve offered in the past, it will be sold at a significantly lower cost.

When will it be available?

Priority enrollment will open sometime between August 25th to August 30th.

Will there be a discount for MDL owners?

Yes, if you’re a fully paid member of MDL, you’ll receive a discount in the range of 25%.

Any “secrets” you haven’t revealed yet?

Well, don’t tell anyone you heard it here, but rumor has it that my ace COO, Glenn Allen will be conducting a special session on implementing your joint ventures. Since Glenn was a co-founder and COO of OpenTable.com, the restaurant reservation company currently valued at over $1 billion, there’s no one better to show you how to implement your joint ventures effectively.

Even in a tough economy when there are often dozens, if not hundreds, of applicants for each job opening, smart employers know that giving employees perks and incentives leads to greater productivity.

Google is a shining example of this. Some of the perks they offer employees include free haircuts… an onsite gym… onsite play room with ping pong, foosball, and pool tables… washing machines on site and a dry cleaning service… and many more.

However, the perk Google gives their employees that I find the most fascinating – and that any company can clone for their own benefit – is allowing its employees to spend up to 20% of their work week on research projects of their own choice. So if an employee works 5 days per week, that means they can devote up to a full day on projects unrelated to their regular work load.

Why would Google do this? For starters, it keeps employees from getting stale and shows that the company gives them a unique benefit they couldn't get anywhere else. Equally important, Google says that a number of their products in Google Labs are the direct result of this policy. So it's a winning policy all around.

This is a policy you could easily clone for your own business. If a full day seems like too much, how about starting with half a day?

The benefits are many. You'll retain employeees longer (it costs far more to train a new employee than retain existing staff), increase employee satisfaction and productivity, and possibly get valuable new products or services as well.

Why not "Google" your business starting today?
